The Stainless steel 410 self drilling screws can drill throught harder materials than stainless steel 304 and stainless steel 316 drilling screws. The hardness of the material to be drilled should be less than the stainless steel drilling screws. Dill time is 2.5 seconds for a 1 mm thick metal palte.
Stainless steel 410 drilling screws have a bright hardening process. This process involves a cacuum furnace. it can make the screws harder.
Stainless steel 316 and 304 screws only have a cold working process to harden the materials. It is not harder than stainless steel 410 screws.
